Released Statement from
Washington, D.C.

Sir/Madam:

Iam a 44 year old natural born
United States citizen and life-
long resident of the District
of Columbia. This message speaks
on behalf of the good people in
the world---concerning admini-
strators at South Eastern
University to partner with the
University of the District of
Columbia for a community college.
Between now and the end of July
2009, it is being demanded from
administrators at South Eastern
to deliver a public statement
declining to partner with the
University of the District of
Columbia, establishing a
community college.

In creating such an institution,
first proposed by the Brookings
Institution and then UDC, it
continues practices of racism,
sexism and religious bigotry
while at the same time
University of the District of
Columbia continues to face
financial difficulties. All
of this is adverse to UDC as
well as the world. Prior to her
resignation, president of South
Eastern University, Ms. Charlene
Drew Jarvis--including
administrators at both South
Eastern and UDC were informed
by me in emails that a community
college proposal is a bad idea.
In that online communication, I
went into the history of the
mistreatment of the University
of the District of Columbia.
Not excluding a 1999 episode by
just-elected D.C. Mayor Anthony
Williams to move the university
from it's well to do White
neighborhood to a Black
neighborhood in South East D.C.
Obviously the previous hostile
attitude still continues.
However, also in my email to Ms.
Jarvis--then president of South
Eastern---if this partnership
with UDC proceeds for a
community college, I will go
before the Internal Revenue
Service to seek South Eastern's
tax exempt status revoked for
tax fraud. That additional
demand still stands.

The international community is
being informed about this
great matter--just by virtue of
the United States Government
mistreating it's own citizens.
When a government does that,
then one knows America will
do it to others.

Again, on behalf of the good
people of the world, I look
forward to a public
announcement from South Eastern
University--located in South
West D.C.---declining partnership
with the University of the
District of Columbia to
establish a community college,
before August 1st, 2009.
